How to look up patient orders and view tracking
Look up a specific patient’s order:
By searching the patient’s name in the search bar of the ‘Patient Orders’ page
- Track the patient’s order:
After searching the patient’s name in the search bar and finding the order, click on the Order Number to view tracking information Download an orders report:
• Add filters if needed by clicking on ‘Advanced Filters’.
• At the top-right of the Patient Orders page, click ‘Download’.
• Select ‘Orders Report’. Specify date range, then click ‘Download’. Open PDF.
Note: Patient placed orders will be separated out at the bottom of the report to make it easy to identify these orders and update your point of sale.
