How a patient can track their contact lens orders and reorders 24/7
The patient can download the MARLO App to reorder contacts and track their orders throughout the year. They can also access via the web browser by visiting
meetmarlo.com/patient-portal.
If a patient has an order placed in MARLO, they should receive text messages and emails through the year with links that allow them to reorder their lenses from your office!
When a patient’s order ships, they will receive a text or email with tracking information, allowing them to easily track their orders.
