How to pull an orders report

  1. Hover over ‘Patient Management’ on the top ribbon in your My MARLO Dashboard.
  2. Click ‘Patient Orders’ from the drop-down menu.
  3. On the top right, select ‘Download’.
  4. Click ‘Orders Report’. Then, view the downloaded Orders Report.

Note: If you have multiple locations you would like to see the patient placed orders for, you will need to pull the Orders Report from each location’s MARLO Account, OR log into your Admin Account and pull the Detailed Orders Report by following the same steps above until Step 4.


 

All patient placed orders will be separated out at the bottom of the Orders Report. On the Orders Report, you will see the patient name, order number, product, and supply purchased, as well as the total amount and date transferred. Any Stripe fees and sales tax that may apply will also be shown.
